Orders placed during January through October normally ship within 1 to 2 business days after the order is placed. Please note that special request orders can take longer to ship. We guarantee Christmas delivery on orders placed by December 1st. During our busy season, orders placed in November can take up to 1 week to ship. Orders placed after December 1st can take up to 2 to 3 weeks to ship.

Please check that addresses are entered completely and correctly. Address correction charges will be passed on to the customer. Packages returned with incorrect addresses can be reshipped after payment of return shipping charges and new re-shipment charges..
