Bakery Store Hours: Monday – Friday: 7 AM to 5 PM, Saturday: 8 AM to 12 PM
Orders placed during January through October normally ship within 1 to 2 business days after the order is placed. Please note that special request orders can take longer to ship. We highly suggest ordering early for the holidays. During our busy season, orders placed in November can take up to 1 week to ship. Orders placed during December can take up to 2 to 3 weeks to ship.
Orders placed by November 30th can be scheduled to ship at a later date. Please just contact us by email or phone to make arrangements.
Please check that addresses are entered completely and correctly. Address correction charges will be passed on to the customer. Packages returned with incorrect addresses can be reshipped after payment of return shipping charges and new re-shipment charges.
We reserve the right to change the shipping method requested for logistical reasons. Changed shipping method would be comparable in delivery time and at no additional cost to the customer.
We do not accept responsibility for breakage in transit. We package our pretzels very carefully using packaging material and heavy shipping cartons.
